University of West Hungary
Property due diligence in order to reduce costs by optimalization of the property portfolio. Later, in the course of the development of University of Sopron we shared the data with the architects and placed an offer for a sustainable university.
Budapest Health Model
In 2009 our company were charged with the due diligence (including proposal for solution) of the property management and facility management of hospitals in the capital within the Budapest Healt Model projekt. We found 20% under-utilized area, placed recommendation for restructuring and standards.
That time the study was not realized, nevertheless, a number of it statements were applied in the past 20 years. For example, the so called ’super hospital’ were mentioned here for first time.
